Using GoScript
These Terms apply to GoScript for Android, provided by Sparkwell Studios LLC, effective October 8, 2026. By using the app you agree to these Terms and applicable Google Play terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be 18 or older to use GoScript for Android. Use the app lawfully and respect other people’s privacy and intellectual-property rights.
The service
GoScript helps you write or import scripts, rehearse, read text and record video takes. Features and provider support can change. Voice following and on-device model assistance depend on device, operating-system, language and model availability. Cleanup and cue cards are editing tools; rehearsal scores are usage heuristics and are not professional assessments. Review every suggested edit before applying it.
Free and Pro
Local scripts, manual and timed scrolling, available voice following, recording and watermarked exports are free. GoScript Pro removes the export watermark and the app-imposed free-assist limit. Free assists are charged when a changed suggestion is applied, not when it is previewed, discarded or fails. Undo does not refund an applied assist. Pro does not override model-provider availability, safety or rate limits.
Purchases and eligible offers
Google Play’s purchase sheet shows the final local price, currency, billing period and eligible offers before confirmation. Monthly and annual plans are subscriptions. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled in Google Play; canceling stops future renewals and does not by itself remove access for the already-paid period. Trials or discounts are shown only when the selected product actually offers them to your Google account. Trial eligibility and renewal dates are determined by Google Play. Lifetime is a non-consumable, non-renewing one-time purchase. Manage subscriptions, cancellation, refunds and disputes through Google Play under its rules.
Restore and platform ownership
Use Restore Purchases with the Google account that owns the Android purchase. The app does not require its own login and does not promise to transfer an iOS purchase to Android. Pro access is based on verified current or bounded cached entitlement information; reconnect if purchase verification is unavailable. A one-time lifetime purchase has nothing to renew or cancel, but may be revoked if refunded or otherwise invalid under the store’s rules.
Your content and backups
You retain rights to content you create. You are responsible for permission to record or use people, music, images and scripts, and for keeping exported backups of important takes. Takes are retained locally for seven days, then seven more days in Recently Deleted before permanent removal. Android backup and device transfer are separate operating-system services and are not guaranteed to preserve every recording.
Privacy
The Android Privacy Policy at /android/privacy explains local processing, optional analytics and crash reporting, operating-system backup and purchase verification. Analytics and crash-reporting controls are independent.
Availability, liability and consumer rights
GoScript is provided as is and as available to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device or language, or that a recording will never be lost. To the extent permitted by law, Sparkwell Studios LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Changes and contact
We may update the app or these Terms. A new effective date identifies material changes, and additional consent will be requested where required by law. Questions: support@sparkwellstudios.com.
